Primus GT

The Primus GT is a high-portal measuring system engineered for larger measuring volumes. Compared to the Primus L, it incorporates dual overhead guide axes powered by a precise twin-drive system. This design reduces moving weight while enabling significantly larger measuring ranges without sacrificing performance or accuracy. Like the other models in the Primus range, it includes precision air bearing guidance, dynamic drive systems, and a high-definition scale setup integrated with a powerful controller to ensure optimal measurement results.

Profi – CNC Layout Measuring Machine

The Profi CNC layout machine incorporates the key advantages of the Assistent, including its modular design, precision roller-bearing guidance, and high-definition scale system. Enhanced with a high-accuracy direct drive system and an advanced controller, the Profi delivers powerful CNC performance.

For added flexibility, the drive units can be disengaged to allow manual operation if needed (optional feature). Designed for workshop environments, the Profi can be installed close to production areas. It is widely used in sectors such as automotive, tooling, mold manufacturing, jig production, and product development.

MµTOS – Premium CNC Layout Machine

The MµTOS is a high-end CNC layout measuring system developed specifically for handling very large measuring volumes. Built exclusively for CNC operation, it combines a robust machine structure with precision roller-bearing guideways, high-resolution scale systems, and advanced drive technology to deliver outstanding accuracy and performance.

To maintain precision across extensive measuring ranges, the system is available with two guide widths depending on the Z-axis height configuration. Its floor-level installation with walkable covers ensures easy access to large workpieces.

Fully enclosed guideways make the MµTOS suitable for installation near production environments. It is commonly used in automotive manufacturing, tooling, mold making, supplier industries, and design applications.
